How Does it Work

  • You’ve made the decision to proceed with a SportPicsByDamo Fund Raising photo shoot.

  • Select a date that optimally maximizes your club's or organization's schedule, ensuring that as many teams as possible are photographed during this event. This approach not only enhances participation but also creates a comprehensive collection of memories for everyone involved.

  • Check the SportPicsByDamo schedule to see if your date is free. Send through a booking request for your date. *If your date appears to be booked, Contact Us to check / confirm.

  • SportPicsByDamo will make contact with the assigned person and go through any details within the paperwork. We will also discuss any team or player specifics that need to be covered.

  • SportPicsByDamo will provide a number of business cards for your families / teams, that include the unique web address and password that allows your families to securely view their photos.

  • Photos from the shoot will go live online in 7-10 days depending on the number of teams photographed. This allows sufficient time for sorting, coding and preparation of the images for viewing and purchase. **Timing can vary depending on number of images.

  • Families can view a low resolution, watermarked copy of each photo taken on the day. These are available for digital download purchase at an affordable price per image.

  • Payment is via a PayPal transaction. PayPal does accept credit cards if required.

    For digital images the file(s) are made available immediately via an emailed download link.

    The purchased images are in high resolution and without watermark.

  • A statement of purchases will be emailed through to the provided email address - this provides full accountability on all purchases.

  • There is no shoot fee charged for Sydney metro area locations. For regional areas a fee of $100 is deducted from profit to cover expenses. There is no charge to the club or organisation, only a deduction from any profits made.

  • All images will remain online for 6 weeks from time of shooting, after which they will be removed and archived for any special request purchases.

    SportPicsByDamo reserve the right to delete the images no earlier than 12 months after the original capture date.

  • A PayPal or bank transfer between SportPicsByDamo and the organisation will be completed 3 days after the images have been taken offline. The transferred amount will be 50% of total purchases on all transactions - excluding where applicable the Daily Shooting Fee.
